Turn finished Zoom Phone calls into support conversations
Corebee listens for completed Zoom Phone calls and files each one in your inbox as a conversation, with the recording, the transcript, the caller's number, and how long the call ran. Calls stop living inside the Zoom admin portal where nobody looks at them, and start sitting next to that customer's chat and email history. The AI reads the transcript and writes a short summary so anyone picking the customer up next can see what was said without playing the audio.
Open Settings, then Integrations, and click Connect on the Zoom Phone tile. Zoom asks you to approve the access, and you are sent back to Corebee. The permissions Corebee requests are read-only: call history, call recordings, and recording transcripts.
Once you approve, Corebee registers for Zoom Phone call events on your Zoom account. Every event Zoom sends is signature-checked before Corebee accepts it, and it is matched to your organisation by your Zoom account id, so one company's calls can never land in another company's inbox.
Place a short test call on a Zoom Phone number. When the call ends, it appears in your Corebee inbox within about a minute, filed under the caller's contact. If the number matches an existing contact, the call joins that contact's history instead of creating a duplicate.
No. This integration only reads calls that already happened. Your phone system stays exactly as it is: your team answers on Zoom as usual, and Corebee files the call afterwards. Corebee never dials out, never picks up, and never changes your Zoom Phone routing.
Call history, call recordings, and recording transcripts, plus your Zoom account id so incoming events can be matched to your organisation. All of these are read-only permissions. Corebee cannot write anything back to Zoom, and it does not request access to Zoom Meetings, chat, or user management.
No. If a call has no recording, it still lands in your inbox with the caller's number, direction, time, and duration. Recordings and transcripts are added when Zoom has them, so turning recording on gives you more detail but is not required for the integration to work.
Corebee creates a contact from the phone number on the call and files the conversation under it. If that person later emails or opens a chat from a matching record, the call history is already there waiting.
You need Zoom Phone, which is a separate licence from a standard Zoom Meetings account, and an admin who can approve the app for your Zoom account. Transcripts come from Zoom where your plan provides them, and Corebee transcribes the recording itself when Zoom does not supply one.
