What happens when Free reaches 50 conversations?
Your chat keeps working. It asks visitors for their name and email and sends them to you, so no customer hits a dead end. You can still reply by hand. Upgrade any time to switch the AI back on.
How do phone minutes work?
Pro includes the AI phone agent with one number and 500 phone minutes a month (about 150 calls). Business includes 2,000 phone minutes a month (about 600 calls) and up to three numbers. On monthly plans, extra minutes are $0.20/min. Yearly plans keep the same monthly allowance.
Why do you ask for a card for the trial?
So your agent keeps running without a break when the trial ends. Cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Do I need a developer?
