For support and product teams who already work in Slack: reply from a thread, the customer gets it on chat, email, or your widget instantly.
Free 14-day trial. Workspace install in under a minute. No credit card required.
Every new conversation lands as a Slack thread in the channel you choose, with the customer's name, plan, and last message in the first post.
Type in the thread and Corebee delivers your reply to the customer's chat widget, email, or messaging channel within seconds — they never know Slack exists.
Corebee's AI answers routine questions from your knowledge base and only escalates to Slack when it's not confident or the customer asks for a person.
Install in 30 seconds — no credit card required. Slack workspace admins (or any member with Allow rights) can authorize Corebee directly from this page.
Pick which Corebee inbox routes to Slack — your widget, email, WhatsApp, or all of them. Each Corebee channel can map to its own Slack channel.
Send billing questions to #support-billing, bug reports to #eng-triage, and everything else to #cx. Mapping rules can use AI topic detection or simple keywords.
Yes. The workspace admin — or any Slack user with Allow rights for app installation — needs to approve Corebee. Once installed, individual teammates do not need their own approval to use it. If your workspace requires admin approval for new apps, the install request will be queued for your admin automatically.
Corebee requests seven scopes, each with a specific purpose: chat:write (post replies and notifications into channels you connect), channels:read (list public channels so you can pick one during setup), groups:read (list private channels you have invited the bot to), users:read (resolve agent names when replies happen), users:read.email (match Slack users to Corebee teammates by email), files:write (upload customer attachments into the thread), and app_mentions:read (respond when you @-mention the Corebee bot). Corebee never requests scopes for reading messages we did not author.
Yes. Any Slack workspace admin can remove the Corebee app from Manage Apps in Slack at any time. Corebee detects the uninstall via Slack's webhook and marks the integration as disabled in your Corebee account within seconds — no support ticket required.
No. Corebee only sees channels you explicitly add the bot to. Public channels are not auto-joined, and private channels require an /invite @Corebee from a member of that channel. We never request the channels:history scope, so we cannot read past message history in any channel.
Nothing — they stay private. Corebee can only see messages posted after the install date in channels the bot has been invited to. Historical Slack content is never imported, scanned, or indexed.
Yes. Every Corebee plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Corebee is $99/month flat — no per-seat fees, no per-message charges, and no separate cost for the Slack integration. Cancel anytime from the billing page.
Only if you want to. By default the AI handles routine questions silently and only posts to Slack when it escalates to a human, when a customer explicitly asks for one, or when a high-priority topic is detected. You can tune the alert rules per channel during setup.
Yes. Customer-facing replies happen in the parent message of the thread. Anything teammates discuss inside the thread (questions, internal notes, mentions) stays internal and is never sent back to the customer.
Install in under a minute. AI starts handling routine support questions today, your team replies from a thread when it matters.
