How to Set Up

Connect your Confluence instance
Authenticate with Confluence Cloud or Data Center using OAuth. Corebee connects with read access to your selected spaces and pages.

Select spaces to sync
Choose which Confluence spaces and page trees to import into your Corebee knowledge base. You can sync entire spaces or select specific parent pages and their children.

Configure sync settings
Set up automatic sync frequency and content filters. Choose whether to import page attachments, comments, and labels alongside the page content.

Review and publish
Preview imported content in the Corebee knowledge base. Check formatting, verify internal-only content is excluded, and publish to make it available to the AI.

Does it work with Confluence Cloud and Data Center?
Yes. Corebee supports both Confluence Cloud and Confluence Data Center. For Data Center, provide your instance URL during setup. Confluence Server (legacy) is supported for versions 7.x and above.
Does the sync preserve Confluence formatting?
Yes. Corebee preserves headings, lists, tables, code blocks, and most Confluence macros. Complex macros like Jira issue lists are converted to plain text with links. Attachments are imported and referenced in the knowledge base.
Can I choose which pages are customer-facing vs internal?
Yes. You have full control over which imported pages are used for AI customer responses, agent-only reference, or both. Pages can be tagged as internal during import or toggled later in the Corebee knowledge base settings.
