Discord AI Support: included in Corebee Pro, not an add-on tier

AI Answers for Your Discord Community

What the discord ai support does on its own

5 capabilities, and the list is the whole list.

Pro is $99 a month. Nothing below is an add-on, a usage meter or a per-seat charge.

A /support Slash Command

Corebee registers a /support command for your Discord application. Members type it with their question and the AI agent posts the answer in Discord.

Answers From Your Docs

Replies come from the same knowledge base that powers your website chat and email, so the community hears the official answer.

Your Own Discord Application

You create the application in the Discord Developer Portal and give Corebee its Application ID and Public Key. A bot token is optional and only used once to register the command.

Signed Requests Only

Discord signs every interaction. Corebee verifies the signature with your application's public key and rejects anything that does not match.

Questions Saved in the Inbox

Each /support question is saved as a conversation on your Discord channel in Corebee, so your team can review what members ask and improve the knowledge base.

What setup actually involves

4 steps, in minutes, not weeks.

  1. Create a Discord Application

In the Discord Developer Portal, create an application for your server and copy its Application ID and Public Key.

  2. Connect It in Corebee

In Settings, open Integrations and choose Discord. Enter the Application ID and Public Key, plus a bot token if you want Corebee to register the /support command for you.

  1. Paste the Interactions Endpoint

Corebee gives you an Interactions Endpoint URL. Paste it into your application's General Information page in the Developer Portal.

  2. Members Ask With /support

Members type /support and their question. The AI agent answers in Discord and the question is saved in your inbox.

Use Cases by Industry

How teams in each industry put the discord ai support to work. These are illustrative scenarios, not named customers.

Gaming

A game studio with a large Discord server sends repeated "how do I link my account?" and "when is the next patch?" questions to /support, answered from the help center and patch notes.

Developer Tools

An open-source project lets users ask installation and configuration questions with /support. The AI answers from the docs, and maintainers review saved questions to spot gaps in the docs.

Web3 Communities

A protocol community answers wallet and fee questions with /support from its official docs, which keeps answers consistent in a busy server.

Where the difference actually is

Line by line against the tools you are comparing.

Community bots such as MEE6 and Carl-bot focus on moderation, roles and custom commands with fixed responses.

  • Some help desks connect Discord for ticketing threads.
  • Corebee answers /support questions with the same AI agent and knowledge base it uses on your website chat, email and messaging channels, and keeps each question in your inbox.
  • If you need moderation and role management, a community bot is the right tool and can run alongside Corebee; if you need product questions answered from your docs, that is what Corebee does.

If you do start paying, there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What buyers ask before they start

The objections that actually decide it, answered the way we would answer them on a call.

Can the AI answer questions in my Discord server?

Yes. Members use the /support slash command with their question, and the AI agent answers in Discord from your knowledge base.

Does it read every message in my server?

No. Corebee uses Discord's interactions model, so it only receives what members send through the /support command. It does not read general channel chatter.

What do I need to connect Discord?

A Discord application from the Developer Portal: its Application ID and Public Key, and optionally a bot token so Corebee can register the /support command. You paste the endpoint Corebee gives you into the application settings.

Can my team see what members ask?

Yes. Each /support question is saved as a conversation in the Corebee inbox, attributed to your Discord channel.

Which plan includes Discord?

Discord is included on Pro ($99/month, or $79/month billed yearly) and Business ($199/month). The Free plan covers website chat only. See /simple-predictable-pricing.
