Account Setup
Getting started with Corebee takes about 10 minutes. This lesson walks you through account creation and initial configuration.
Creating Your Account
- Visit corebee.ai and click Start Free Trial
- Sign up with your work email or Google account
- Choose your workspace name (usually your company name)
- Select your timezone and primary language
Workspace Configuration
After signup, you will land on the onboarding flow. Complete these steps:
Company Profile
- Add your company name and logo
- Set your support email address
- Configure your business hours
Team Setup
- Invite team members by email
- Assign roles: Admin, Agent, or Viewer
- Admins can configure AI settings and manage billing
- Agents handle escalated conversations
- Viewers can access analytics but cannot respond
Initial Settings
AI Personality — Choose a tone that matches your brand for your AI chatbot:
- Professional and formal
- Friendly and conversational
- Technical and precise
Language — Select your primary support language. Corebee supports 50+ languages and can auto-detect customer language.
Business Hours — Set when human agents are available. Outside these hours, the AI handles everything and queues complex issues for the next business day.
Security Basics
- Enable two-factor authentication for all admin accounts
- Review the data retention settings
- Configure your allowed domains for the chat widget
Checklist Before Moving On
- Account created and verified
- Company profile completed
- At least one team member invited
- AI personality configured
- Business hours set
